Our noodles are boiled then drained, before stir frying with a tiny amount of oil, in seasoned carbon steel woks on our turbo cookers. High heat and fast hands of our experienced chefs create an evenly cooked chow mein.
Beansprouts, spring onions and onions are tossed in the wok and let us know what else you would like in.

Singapore-style noodles is a dish of stir-fried cooked rice vermicelli, our in house blend curry paste, vegetables, scrambled eggs (except our Vegetable version) and meat, most commonly char siu pork, and/or prawn or chicken. Singapore noodles are a Cantonese creation, and are common in Cantonese-style and takeaway restaurants in Hong Kong
